This encompasses all patents and trademarks filed in South Africa, Europe, Great Britain, and the United States (USPTO), as well as any World Wide Patents and Trademarks and/or Intellectual Property (IP) from ME.
THERON AEROSPACE operates as a 508(c)(1)(A) ECCLESIASTICAL TRUST, a specific type of religious entity recognized under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Unlike standard nonprofits, these organizations are automatically tax-exempt and are not required to file for recognition from the IRS or submit annual information returns like Form 990.
